" This is my second time ordering from the company. Your prices and in house help can't be beaten, to the point I didnt even plan to price shopping around before ordering parts from here. My first time ordering was through toyotaparts.lagrangetoyota.com, the website worked flawlessly, it was what a parts ordering website should be. This time I was directed to parts.lagrangetoyota.com by the parts department rep to take advantage of the free shipping special being offered. It has been the worst experience with a website I've experienced. Everytime I entered my vehicles information and went to search it cleared my vehicle info at the results page and asked for it again. All and all without exaggeration had to entered my vehicle info over 30 times while trying to buy 5 different products. Eventually I called back to the parts department to get the specific part numbers for my items to try to find them that way, not once did a single part number entered into the part number search bar bring up the part. Once I finally found the part I needed, added it to my cart, and went on to find the next it would keep clearing out my shopping cart making me start over. I tried closing the web page and revisiting it and even restarting my phone but the website was irreversibly glitch. I spent just over 3hrs to get the 5 different parts added to my cart, gave up on a few other parts I needed just out of frustration and went to check out. Once in check out I went to add the free shipping promo code that was supposed to make all this hassle worth while and the box wouldn't allow me to type into it, I would select the txt box and once I typed the first letter it would minimize my keyboard with no letters added to text box. After 15 minutes trying to get it to work and using every profane word i learned in my career as a mechanic I realized I had to type the words elsewhere on my phone, copy the txt, then paste it into the promo code box to get the discount.
I was able to get my order in, absolutely loved the price, but will never attempt to use the parts.lagrangetoyota.com website again, the site needs to be completely scrapped and replaced with the toyotaparts.lagrangetoyota.com website!!!"
