Disc broke upon arrival, customer service slow to respond.

"I love their album releases, but unfortunately their customer service department can be slow to respond sometimes. I ordered the ET soundtrack, received the order, attempted to take the first disc out and it broke immediately. I have been buying soundtracks from LLL since 2011 and had never had issues. I got a response from LLL on day two and a half and they'll be sending a replacement."
