"I had a positively awful experience at this store.
I emailed them back and forth for about week asking about a couple swimsuits that I wanted to order and they responding promptly and where helpful. I placed an order for three swimsuits with the only intention of keeping the one that fit me first and emailed them regarding this and they said that was fine. I received the items and then contacted them regarding a return the very same day. I filled out the return for and packed everything back together in the bags they sent them in the very same day.
Imagine my surprise when they email me a week later and say that they will not do a refund; Instead they will have to send the suits back to me because the individual bag that the swimsuit was in was missing a sticker. I told them I had put the swimsuits in their packaging and did not remember there being a sticker on the bag.
They became rude and insisted that the bags were to have stickers on them and since it wasn't there they would send it back to me. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I filled a claim through paypal and eventually got my money back. They then sent me a nasty email saying that I was dishonest and should not accept the refund.
They simply forgot to put a sticker on a bag and then became irrational and blamed their problem on a customer. Did they honestly think I would pick a sticker off a bag? This is very disappointing and I would never recommend this company."
