"After a quick internet search, I came across a product I was looking for. Having used the product a few years prior I placed an order. Upon scanning the email confirmation it suddenly seemed like the spelling was somewhat off. Upon inspection I realized the letter was changed to leverage sales. I immediately emailed the support email mentioned on my invoice but the email bounced back immediately. I proceeded to call the number advertised for support and end up on a voicemail. I left a message. I tried once more later that day and left another message.

I never received a reply.

When the product arrived, I sent it back with a tracking number, unopened and started a claim with my VISA. They are now stating I falsified the email address, and changed the hours of their support line, and instead of crediting me their rip-off product, they will charge me an additional $39.99 to send it back to me. Stay away from anything associated by Lab88 – their customer service is non-existent, their products are frauds. A quick search will make it clear that even the BBB has approached them based on Client Complaints."
