"Waiting for months to be refunded for a fraudulent transaction even tho they got the products back! In March I had a charge to my card for over $800. I issued a chargeback. I received a shipment of this merchandise which I refused and the merchant got back within a few days. Even tho the merchant received all of the merchandise back I was only credited a little over $500 back to my card. When I decided to call Lab Depot personally to get this fixed and I was told first they could not give me anything back.When I said I was leaving review I was told they would issue a refund check minus $71 for a product that was not returned.This box was not even taken off of the UPS truck so nothing could have been missing because they got the box back.This was not even my big deal. I agreed to take the loss because I just wanted to get it fixed because it is now June and I am still owed over $200.Finally the review comment led to Chad telling me they would cut me a check and mail it that following monday. I am in OHIO mind you this is in Georgia. I called every day this week and I have been assured a check was mailed out on Monday...it is now Friday...nothing. Chad is out this week so Shelly is taking his place. Now the last time I called I am being told she is out of the office or in a business meeting. I have been very patient and I am done now. First off the merchant should have refunded my card the entire amount that they charged me considering it was a dispute and it was validated and thye got they're products back unopened and in tact. A lesser person would have kept the products and still issued the dispute but I did not do this because I would not want it done to me. Now the credit card company closed my card because I have bugged them too much wanting my money and lab depot still has over $200 and the $800 in product that was refused. Why is it so hard to get my money back. I don't believe they have intentions of refunding anything. Maybe someone will see this though and tell another person so they will think twice before placing an order. If it is this hard to get money back for fraud how hard is it when a customer is not satisfied with something or gets something broke during shipment. If I ever need lab equipment I know I will not order from Lab Depot!
