"Could not use the png file we sent them even though it is advertised on their site. When our labels arrived they were not good. Lines were incomplete or too thick or thin. It is obvious they didn't know what they were doing. Took way longer than the quoted time frame. Completely disappointed. DO NOT USE."

"My company has purchased quite a few labels from this company (literally thousands over the years). With our last order there was a mistake with the labels (they were two part, when we needed it to be one), so I called today to see if someone could help me find a compatible label that came in two parts. The woman I spoke with was unfriendly, did not know the product very well, and basically told me I was out of luck.
I did my own research on the labels, found them at various companies for less money, and exactly what we wanted. Turns out Label Value did indeed have the labels I needed, but the woman was unwilling to help me figure out my issue, and had no qualms letting me get off the phone even after telling her I would find a new supplier. I guess it's a good thing, as I just saved my company hundreds of dollars, and more in the future. "

"We have been a loyal customer of labelvalue.com for years since our business has opened. I used to buy my labels in bulk as to not have to reorder them so close together. Usually one shipment of 50 rolls would last me about a year. I just had to get a new label writer machine for my business because after being used for 7 years my old one broke. I was unable to find the same exact machine again since thy did no longer make them like that any more so I had to purchase a different brand. Since purchasing my new label writer I discovered that it does not accept the labels that I was ordering from labelvalue.com. I contacted the company since I still had about 8 rolls left just sitting in my cabinet unable to be used. They said they could not take any of my labels back or give me any kind of credit whatsoever despite my patronage to them for the past 7 years. I will NOT be ordering from this company again. "
