This Business performed shady business on me, by barring me from doing further business by simply over a measurement issue on a Custom-made lace, which was not done to the correct Length specifications on 2 occasions, & I requested evidence from their end (as the measurement was to be originally granted by the Owner), then subsequently denied this request. I measured both Laces on separate times accurately (*only 1/16”- 3/32" difference in lengths & should had been at least 1"+ difference minimum) which both were returned back to this Business for their review. This Evidence request was not followed thru. Additionally, what this Owner stated to me verbally on the specific reason(s) on why he "barred" me from doing further business was not at all supported in writing in any way, which was another cause for concern here.
I also failed to locate a Business with a Dye Press Machine with heat & liquid solvent to do the exact work that I desired & the Owner failed to assist me in this, & also intentionally declined to take me back.
This is strictly a non-financial issue vs. Laces for Less with shady detail practices in question provided by the Owner (Joe Busby).
