"Hi There , I had ready purchased more than $6000 with Ashley El Toro Laguna hills Ca 92653
So because of last purchased for Mattress and bed room furniture the give us $1000 gift card(for pro mattress) so this afternoon 2-9-2020 at 7:20pm me and my family was looking to use these Ashley gift card to buy cabinet and some decoration . When we selected the seller said I have to talk to store manager about this purchase then manager (Joe!) said the the he cannot approve the gift card!!! I asked him to explain more because this is Ashley gift card not a manager gift!!

Eventually he told us in a very unprofessional manner that you should leave the shop and go talk to the previous manager how gave us gift cards.
I told him that you can't treat us like that because we are right as a customer and then he called the police and asked them to take us out of the store and it was very sad for me and my wife.however I explained to policy and they asked me to talk to cooperate!
Please take a seriously action for this unprofessional behavior.

I hate ashley ,only all the personel say lie and wana sale , no customer service ,no take care to customer,only think about money, so say lie to customer. JOE is very very BAD maneger .I hate him. He talk to us very bad . All the customer was here and saw him and said to me why he is crazy , and one of them said :
The customer is always right, but JOE do not care and he said is not important to me , you have gift card , I do not like sale to you , you can will go to another ashley store and buy it . I went to ashley in Santa Ana and said to us: you must buy only to ashley in laguna hills!!!!!!!!!!!!
