"Bought a flatscreen monitor.When it arrived, it was dirty with greasy fingerprints on the screen. When I hooked it up, It has a 2 inch wide area on the right side of the screen that is distorted. I have asked to return the monitor."

"I purchased a Hitachi 40GB USB hard drive from this store on very competetive rate. I received it yesterday (within a week). Hard disk is working fine. Hope it should continue to work fine. Only thing, image on net looks a bit different from actual product, but its ok. It really doesn't matter as the actual product's look is quite good and compact."
