"I ordered one of the exoflpfb 4g's in LaRouge (Red) alomst 2 weeks ago, when the item was listed as instock and ready to ship. I paid with Paypal, and waited. And waited. And waited. I got nervous when they went out of stock, so asked to switch to another color that was still instock. I was told in broken english that none of the colors were shipping to end users, since they bulk em out first. I asked for a refund, and was told, yet agian in broken and hardly understandable english, that I had to register for their key program so they could credit my money to it. I made one, and they credited it, but its been 3 days and they still haven't "processed" my request to transfer my odd $21 from my key account to my paypal account so I can either A) wait for a reseller to get these seemingly vaporware cases in (Lajo told resellers they shipped a week ago, but I have yet to find one thats recieved them yet) or buy an iSkin for $10 more and get in here next week."
"I would recommend against buying anything from lajo.biz. Lajo is a thief. I received the wrong items in an order I made through his site awhile back, and emailed to ask how to return them. Lajo responded with a tirade against me. Okay...I asked again, this time being sycophantic, a trick I learned to deal with people who believe the customer is always wrong. I got a positive response, sort of. None of my questions or requests were answered directly, but Lajo said that he'd cancel the credit card charges to me. I was satisfied, since I had no interest in dealing with such a person again. Fast forward 3 months and I've had no credit to my account, and the ~5 emails I've sent reminding him that he agreed to refund me have been unanswered.
Anyway, Lajo is unprofessional and buying from him is a gamble."

I bought a exo2 which does not work. The plastic is too thick so my ipod does not register I had pressed the buttons. Items were missing in my shipment. I had returned the stuff for refund and it is almost 2 months now and I still had not received my money.
