"I order all of my supplies from Lambert Vet Supply and seldom have an issue. They provide a staff veterinarian that has helped me with hot spots and I also use their phamacy and after they moved their pharmacy to Kansas, they have full time pharmacists unlike the part time one they had in Nebraska, so that problem has been resolved.
They also revamped their ecommerce site and it is one of the nicer designs I have seen."
"I usually order my pet prescriptions from Omaha Vaccine but they did not have Tramadol listed on their website.
I placed my pharmacy order online Sunday March 15, 2010 at 11:38 a.m.
I mailed the written prescriptions on Monday March 16th.
I don't know when they received the written prescriptions, but using the same three days time it took for me to get my order after being shipped via USPS, they should have had them Thursday March 18th.
I had asked them about timely delivery via their "Contact Us" and the snid email they sent me said: "As soon as we get your prescriptions, we print the order that day, our pharmacist comes in that night and fills them and they are packaged the next day.... We do tell customers that we have 48 hours to process a order which is stated on our website......".
They shipped (according to their email notice) on March 23rd.
I think too many days passed before they shipped.
Would I order from them again? Probably if I can wait two weeks."
"Decided to give this place a try and ordered some items (non-prescription) as a test before using them as an online pharmacy. They took six days - repeat - six days - just to process the order and then when the order finally arrived it was incomplete. They claim that one item was on backorder but refuse to explain why there was never any mention made of this on the order confirmation or; on the actual order or; in any of our 6 emails when I was chasing the order or; in our telephone conversations or; even when I called to say that the item had not arrived. They had a snowstorm that did cause one day delay in Fedex collecting but frankly that has nothing to do with this situation as the order should have gone before the storm hit.
On top of this their website is primitive to put it politely. If you call you are bounced around from one person to the next - if you are lucky enough to even get a live person. When you get someone they have this crazy system of wanting your billing address zip code to search for your order. They don't want the order number (Go figure!) and they don't want shipping address or your name. They could not be less helpful if they tried.
Luckily I did not order prescrition drugs from them or my pets could have been at real risk.
If this is not the worst online retailer/firm I have dealt with theh it is the second worst!

"Lambert Vet supply had the cheapest total price on a certain flavor of Oxbow Critical Care that I needed, but I was hesitant to order, based on lack of reviews and, well, the lack of previously knowing of their existence LOL. Well, I needn't have worried. The order arrived in a timely fashion and the Critical Care was shelf-fresh. (No shady near-expired food.)"
