"It's been 3 weeks since my order. I have not received any updates or shipping status. I called Lamps last week and was given the number to a shipping company and told they would call prior to delivery. I figured I'd wait for their call. After another week I called Metropolitan shipping (today). They tell me the item will be delivered either Thurs, Fri or Sat. They will call 48 hours out to confirm a day. Your company should really consider a more robust tracking system. If you're farming out delivery, as most online companies do, your systems should be tied together thus allowing tracking capabilities. And, if this is not feasible, you should certainly communicate via email to keep your customer updated -not make me track it down. My feeling with this experience is - nice website, decent pricing, easy checkout - then no service from payment on. Not a good feeling "

Also the three way switch only gives one way lighting but too much hassle to send back so will deal with that disappointment as well."
