I know it does not say 'sku' - but just to match up the item to easily identify you can include this also" thank you"
There are ways to talk with customers and not sound like you are just tired, lazy, or hate your job. And when in doubt, don't feel like you need to correct me either. Just apologize and move on.

"Purchased an open box Meyda Tiffany style lamp. First shipment was the wrong lamp. Called customer service and the error was resolved with some of the best customer service I have received, maybe ever!
On the down side the lamp was advertised as USA made. Sticker on the lamp base said made in China. Honestly I would not have paid for the lamp what I did if the country of origin had been known. None of the lamp components were labeled made in US."
