"We bought a bulb for a lg zenith tv from lamps-dlp.com apx.2 months ago and when we received it and we had a technician installed it.It took them a week to send it to us. Shortly after using the tv we started with blue shadows coming out on the tv. We called the technician again and he came and took the bulb out and the entire bulb is turning blue. He said that the bulb is defective and to contact the company (LAMP-DLP) that we purchased if from. So we try call there customer service and they were very nasty towards us. They wouldn't answer our questions as to why the bulb was turning blue. We spoke to two different customer reps. and one was nastier then the other.They wanted us to paying for the shipping to send it back to them so they can so they can decide if the bulb is bad so they could send us a replacement bulb or the china garbage that they sent to us at the beginning at our expense back to us. What a lousy excuse for a company. What a way for you to throw away $80.00 in this economy."
"I ordered replacement lamp TB25-LMP. Payed $38 for next day delivery. Received the lamp the next day. The lamp did not work! Lamps-DLP offered no compensation for the next-day delivery charge. Basically said it wasn't their problem and I would have to deal with Toshiba directly (which was a ridiculous fiasco in itself!). I will never own another Toshiba product, nor will I do business with Lamps-DLP. "

"I searched for a good on-line store with decent warranty for a D95-LMP Toshiba lamp. The web page showed my lamp and correct part number and I ordered it. The lamp arrived the next day! but it was the wrong part. I tried calling the 888 number on the packing list and "all lines are busy" continued all day. I double checked the web site and the number was correct. I finally emailed and they wanted a 20% restocking fee because I... ordered the wrong part. I don't think this was the case because I order a lot and my second search brough me back to the exact page for the part I needed. I wan't going to argue, I removed the screws for the lamp in the wrong housing and placed it in the correct housing. Works fine... so much for the warranty"

"This is my third lamp for my Panasonic projector LCD TV (TYLA1001). My shopping experience is very positive. After a several day research, I opted for Lamps_DLP although their price was not the cheapest. The reason is - a Phillips bulb, rated at 100W and 10000 hours (other have lamp rated for 150W and 6000 hours)...and ONE year warranty (others have 90-180 days only).
I have ordered lamp on Wednesday morning and received the lamp on Thursday afternoon (within 30 hours!!!). Amazing!
Replaced the lamp in a snap and picture on my TV is back to normal.

"I needed a replacement lamp for my Panasonic rear projection LCD HDTV. Part number TY-LA1000.
Although I found lower priced items, after additional research, I discovered that the 'cheaper' lamps are not manufactured by Osram or Philips and/or they do not include the housing. I purchased the Philips lamp with housing. It has a 6 month manufacturer warranty and lamps-dlp.com extends it for an additional 6 months.
Ordered on 1/18 and received on 1/20! Free Shipping. Status emails with tracking numbers. All original boxes. Included replacement instructions and also how to reset the Lamp Timer.

"So far, very pleased. Lamp was cheaper than getting it directly from Toshiba, and shipping was free. Lamp came quickly, was packaged well, and our tv is up and running again after being without it for only 4 days.....fast forward to Oct... Well, after only 9 months of use, the bulb is dead! It should have lasted alot longer, as we dont watch this tv as much as others in our house. Cheap is not always better! Havent contacted Cust. Service yet. Hopefully I will get some sort of replacement, or credit towards a new one! I did call Customer Service and they told me I had to call Toshiba for replacement, but they told me exactly what to say to Toshiba, etc.. and a new lamp is on it's way! Very Happy!"
