"Ordered a nice, designer name vanity light for a bathroom remodel. Suggested retail price on the manu website was about $240. I found it online at many places for exactly $142.00. No one sold it for less until I found this place which it turns out is only a few miles from my house in California. The reason I do not name the manu is that I suspect this is "fair traded" and you can't sell it for less than anyone else. Kind of like a Saturn or Apple product. Well, there was a "15% off coupon" applied to all producers except three listed, one of which was the one I purchased. I put in for the coupon anyway and it did give me the discount. I was very skeptical as I could find virtually no information or other reviews about the site, and it was $100.00 cheaper than anyplace else I could find it on the web. I gave it a shot to save the $100.00 and am very happy. The site said it would ship in 3-5 days, instead I got it in 4 days. New in the box. I'm glad I tried the site and saved the money."

While their prices are great, their shipping isn't fast. Nearly a week later and it hasn't shipped. I called the store and was told that orders "Usually leave the store in 3-4 business days."

That's not fast. I regularly order products online and most are shipped either next-day, or within two days.

I'd have rather paid a bit extra $$ for faster order fulfillment. "
