Incomplete Order, No Response from Customer Service

"I ordered about 6 different items from them, and was emailed a few days later to let me know they were out of one of them, and hadn't shipped my order yet. I let them know to credit me for the one they were out of. When my order arrived the next week, only two of the six items I'd ordered and paid for were included in the shipment. I've emailed them three times over three days now, and haven't gotten a response. I took a leap of faith ordering from a random marble store on the internet and it proved to be a stupid move."

Losing my marbles!

"It took 12 days for my order to get from NY to PA. Many of the marbles represented on their website were vastly different than the marbles I received. The tarantula marbles especially. Part of my order was broken into halves from poor handling practices. Idk if you've ever tried to play with half-marbles but it is both depressing and hilarious(perfect tho for the mentally insane). The packaging was inconsistent for supposedly identical products. My review can not be found on their website because they have put too much money out for favorable reviews. This is the first site I found to get the word out about these guys. I hope you read it. I hope you have a better experience and don't have to share a similar problem."
