"I inquired about a property that was for sale. I sent the realtor an email. He never called. He never responded. When we called the number a guy answered and stated that the property was sold. The property is still being advertised as not being sold. What a total disappointment because it was going to be a cash transaction. I am still thinking about getting an attorney. "

"Landwatch used to be my go to site. Now, they seem to cater only to scammers and rip off artist, false sales too. Instead of straight forward land sale listings, there are all sorts of tricks, listing that are monthly leases, not even sales. Stay away. You will only waste your time. This site needs to be shut down. Immediately. "

"They falsely tell you they have multiple parcels a specific size try to sell you rights across property they don’t own, don’t disclose all conditions of the property and make false statement about your appointment to see the properties. I drove 1800 miles to learn of their deceptions. Save your time and money and do your own searches for real property. These peoples have no ethics. "

" They are the worst way to advertise your land and their prices keep going up. They will not tell you when they are going to raise their prices and will charge you 4 times what they tell you they are going to charge. I have gone back and forth with them multiple times to try and get a refund, but they won't do it. Even though they never told me they were going to raise their prices. Stay away from them and spend your advertising dollars somewhere else."

"They need to separate the for sale & b/s for lease crap. That us not what their site is for but 99% of what you will find is office buildings for rent. You have to wade through thousands (50k or more) to find one or two pieces of land for sale. Garbage site"

"Too much bad to list but can say no good for selling even with a premier listing, unprofessional and rude people working for them not to mention they debited my account when it was supposed to be a free month then when I called and emailed to cancel less than 30 days later they charged me and said I agreed to terms of cancelling 3 days prior to next billing.. desperate folks is what that is and not worthy of my business even after I spent hundreds with them with premier listing that gave zero results."
