"they are part of www.customglassware.com - company has zero communication. tried to have me send my cc info over a chat window. I requested a secure page, they sent a link. After they captured the cc info, my card was breached for over 7k from some unknow store. Maybe a coincidence.

I can not confirm it was them but a few weeks later when I went to confirm shipping for my products, they said they canceled my order because their email bounced back, even though I have their emails. I'm not sure what they are referring to other than you can not talk to a live person. Now they have left me without these products needed for a show. "
