"I bought a battery for my HP laptop through this company mainly because of the quality of their website. Lots of information and an easy confident purchase. I received the battery within a week and the trouble began. I couldn't get a full charge on the battery. I followed the suggestions of their tech support team but it was determined that the battery was bad. They sent a prepaid return label and I was able to return the battery for a replacement. The only minus I could see with this company was the amount of time it took to send the replacement battery. But I eventually received the battery and it is working perfectly. I do not fault Laptop Battery One for a defective battery because as with all products, every now and then one is going to be defective. The company's support team was very responsive throughout the process and they paid for the return. I would have no problem doing business with this company again. "

"Terrible service.....no follow through......my first battery only held 80% charge. My 2nd battery (warranty exchange) did not charge at all and they tested it upon return. It was not a working battery. My 3rd battery only held 65% charge. By now, they are saying the problem is my laptop. I fully understand that is possible but when I told them I still wanted a warranty exchange they insisted it is my last one, regardless. OK, I accepted those terms over a month ago and returned their battery. I am still waiting. I called and they said "OH we have your exchange battery but wanted you to pay shipping on th new one".......no one returned my calls or emails. Finally they agree to pay shipping and I still don't have it. I just found out it went to Idaho........I live in Arizona. I told them multiple times to ship to Arizona. Now I am on hold for 8 minutes........please don't do business with this company. They are inept, uncaring."

Yes, after almost a month I got my replacement battery, which had a lower mAh than your original. Not to mention the out of pocket cost to ship the defective battery back, plus you charged me shipping to have a replacement sent. Why should I be responsible to pay for a defective battery? Usually, the adage "you get what you pay for" is true, but in your case, it was much less."
"Satisfactory, after I called to have the glitch I discovered corrected. I ordered and paid for two different batteries, one for my wife's laptop and one for my daughter's laptop, which I directed to be shipped to her in NC. The computer was blamed for 'grouping' the two orders and initiating an order for them both to be shipped to my home address in IN. The pleasant and efficient customer service rep told me she would separate the orders and correct the shipping error. She promised to send an email confirming the transaction. I assumed I would receive two tracking notices for the two shipments. I did not. The correct batteries arrived at the appropriate destinations I requested. I know one functions properly. My wife has not installed hers yet."

"I shopped online and in local Apple stores for a replacement battery. While Battery One wasn't the rock bottom price, they were half the price Apple was charging. After research I felt they were the best product value. Cheapest is not always the best.

"I chose a replacement battery for my laptop, and contacted Live Support to find out the "run time" for it. They told me that it would be 4-5 hours for an "extended" battery. I asked if this particular one was an extended battery. They said yes it was. So, I bought it and cycled it, as the directions said to do, and still only got 2 hours 48 min. run time with it. That's with no programs running. I contacted them about it, and was told that this was not an extended battery. When asked why it cost more than the other one, I was told that it had a longer warranty on it, than the $20 cheaper one. Which is a totally different story than what I was told before I bought it. They don't carry the 6 cell battery that I wanted for longer run time. I will keep the battery, because I don't want to go through all the work of sending it back, but I won't buy off of this company again. "
