"I ordered the replacement battery listed as compatible with my specific Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop model and received a battery which does not fit properly into the bottom of the laptop. I indicated this problem to them using an online form to get an "RMA" number and they responded by asking me to fill out another list of info about my computer, including it's operating system (?). So I am a little annoyed and am going to go through their hoops to see what happens before being extremely negative.

Update: I was contacted by a customer service rep, Treanna, via phone and email, who immediately got on the ball and checked with the manufacturer that it indeed was a design difference for my particular model of Toshiba Laptop. That is unfortunate and why I don't rate it 5/5. But the level of customer service that was provided, the timely indication of a possible delay that actually wasn't even an issue, the total refund, the UPS shipping label they emailed me so I could just send back the defective item, were all very streamlined and much appreciated. I will keep this website in mind for other replacement purchases in the future - unfortunately just not for the Toshiba Satellite Pro I have."
