"Thought this was great service having called on the 1st to fix an order placed on 31st and reached a live person. Now, I'd have to use the term speedy very loosely. Unfortunately, 12 days later I have not received my order or an update other than my order shipped on the 1st, so I called after a 1.5 hour hold, I reached a representative and was informed the website had an error and my battery is on back-order and I won't receive anything until after the 26th. Mislead, misinformed, and not notified, just left waiting and Oh, they aren't willing to expedite once they receive it even though it was their error so just wait and wait some more. (Mind you, website had said it would ship by the 2nd & initial email said it shipped the 1st). Their error, they could have informed me earlier so I could have explored other options, expedited shipping upon receipt, OR upgrade me to another like battery at no additional cost so I could get my order asap; instead they have done nothing and showed little interest in the inconvenience. Just eh... was the tone I received. Very disappointed!"
