"I had an excellent experience with LaptopSpecialists. They went beyond what was expected and I would gladly do business with them again.

This company was the only one that I could find that had a genuine Toshiba AC adapter for my notebook in stock - all others that I found on the web either had it on backorder for several weeks - including Toshiba itself, or carried a knockoff part that didn't match the ratings required for my notebook. I emailed the company to verify that the part was genuine (although later I saw that it said directly on the webpage that it was). I received an answer a few hours later. The communication was professional and courteous. I ordered the part shortly afterwards, and awaited a conformation. After a day, I didn’t hear from the company – but suspected that a snag had been hit because I had asked the item to be shipped to an address different than the billing address of my credit card. I emailed again to find out if this indeed was the problem. In my email, I expressed that I desperately needed the part, more in passing than anything else. I had a dead battery in my notebook, not thinking that the AC adapter would ever go bad, and so I had no access to my computer. As before, I received a reply in several hours, with all of my questions answered directly and professionally, and I was correct in my assessment of the situation. They were in the process of verifying the address I had given them before sending me a conformation, which is something to be commended. I was pleased to know that they weren’t willing to take my credit card, charge whatever items might be ordered, and just ship them anywhere.

The next day, I received the AC adapter. Kamran, the person who I had been dealing with, took it upon himself to send it next day delivery, without charging me extra to do so. I was leaving for a trip that day, and was delighted that I would have access to my computer while on my trip.
Even if he hadn’t sent the item next day air, I would gladly do business with LaptopSpecialists again – due to their professional and courteous attitude towards their customers. It was obvious in dealing with them that they are proud and excited about what they are doing and that they care about their customers – that is extremely rare – even in person, let alone on the web.
