The customer service responded to my inquiry in about an hour after posting my inquiry. Purchasing was easy from the company website and it was great to see that they had the site able to accomodate Canadian sites.

Ordering was done in a matter of minutes. Within 6 hours I recieved an e-mail saying the order was already on its way. Within a week I recieved the package. Packaging was done well, and I recieved it with no unexpected surprises.
