"I spoke with the owner today about my bad experience at his store. My laptop was falling apart and under warranty for replacement of bottom panel. After one week of getting the runaround, I was told by Sheila that the person working on my laptop was fired because he was not doing his job and many unhappy customers. This is sad because the employee , Taylor , was extremely nice and helpful but the owner had no business finesse or respect for me as a customer. I am very disappointed and would say DO NOT GO THERE !

"Terrible. My wife purchased me a laptop there for my birthday on feb 16 2012. I checked it out, a little older but workable. Next day when running on battery for first time the laptop died with 90f% charge left. Needed to remove battery and replace toget back on. Took it back on Saturday. Feb 18 with receipt. The sales weenie listened to me, (I stated that it shut off and would not power on until battery pulled.) He turned it on, saw it power on and said "maybe static". And indicated it was fine and I should take it home. Since I'm not stupid I disagreed. I was not asked what I would like done (exchange, refund or repair). I stated I wanted to return it (at that point I would have been happy with credit) and was told there was a "all sales final" policy. (My wife was not told about this at all, and I could see nothing in print in the store at all, until the bottom of the sales receipt was pointed out in tiny 6 point font in a block of other text with "all sales final".) I argued with the sales weenie, who then asked "are you mad" ? Gee, I always yell when in happy.... a guy came out of the back, I asked if he were the manager, he said today he was, sort of. He said only the manager who didn't come til Monday could authorize a refund. I ws offered to have the laptop repaired and I said no. I didn't trust it. I managed to exchange for another one, then went home and found the bottom plate loose and internal wireless and bluetooth were stripped out. Laptop that needs an ethernet connection. Usefull, huh ? Ill be going back later in the week and getting money back. Anyone can sell a bad laptop. But two laptops with issues and bad customer service ? Three strikes and you are out."
"I took a laptop there for server was contacted one to get an approval for the repair and never heard from them again. When I went to the store there were no tech's in the store so no one could find the laptop. I have tried to call several times. If I do get someone I neer get a return call and the voicemail box is full.
I will never do business with this company again."
"Unit arrived damaged, unit lacked items which laptopworld.com employee claimed were part of transaction, viz., detachable floppy drive; manuals and CDs for OS.
Company admits employee made representations regarding manual. floppy and Cds. Company claims employee was fired for false representations to customers. Company refuses to supply some items (OS CDs and manual) its employee represented were part of package, has falsely claimed that it replaced entire laptop -- that has necer happened -- and has supplied a floppy drive that is the wrong part and is unusable.
I would not do business with this company again."
