"Fraud seller, do not buy from this seller. Sent me defective item . I have sent the item back by my own shipping. Now seller is not even sending the item back. Kept money as well as the item. He is fraud. Do not buy. Sent 100 mails but not giving item back."
"I wish I had read the reviews before purchase from this company... I've been buying things from the internet but NEVER had experience worse than this. They don't speak english well, send you wrong part and make me buy twice and still send me wrong part. Now they give me hard time to return both of it and refuse to give money back. I am on process of getting the money back. Will do anything not let them get away with this. I end up buying from another big company just few bucks more but had no problems whatsoever. Anyone wrote the good review probably wrote by themself. If you don't believe what I said try them you will have some experience you never had!"
"Ordered a NEW Lenovo Replacement Keyboard, and when I received the product it was an old looking used keyboard that had been cleaned up. These guys are a bunch of scam artists. They run a bunch of different web sites, www.laptopshome.com is another scam website run by this same company."
"I bought 2 batteries from them for a couple older Dell laptops. 20 minutes after installing the battery in one of the laptops.. the video started to act strange then started to blue screen. Video card memory appears to have been damaged somehow by the new battery.. no idea how. They deny the problem could ever be from a battery but will take back the batteries less 20% restocking fees.
The batteries are generic from china with no brand name. I spent $34 for a battery and would have to spend > $200 for a new video card to use my laptop. Pay more for a Dell battery is the lesson."
"Absolutely disgusting experience. I have dealt with this company three times under different names. First, with "Screenaid" through eBay. They sent an incompatible part, exchanging it with one that was cracked. At this point they refused contact and I had to go through my credit card company for a refund as the experience took over 90 days.
Meanwhile, I ordered another screen, this time from "eSellers". You can only imagine my surprise when I saw "Yall Inc" on my Paypal statement. The screen did not even remotely match the item I ordered. I acted quickly this time and got a refund. The process still took over a month.
Finally, I placed an order, again through eBay, with "laptopz-outlet" / "Laptopz.com" for a AC Adapter. Saw the Paypal statement and I was furious. Sure enough, wrong item received. Over a week to get a return label issued. This company can't do anything right, it seems. It is bordering on a scam.
Throughout, broken English and rude dialog were par for the course. Contact was slow and I spoke to at least ten different people. Their strategy seems to be to stall as long as possible, forcing you past the Ebay dispute and feedback cutoffs, only to mock or ignore you afterward. I have full chat and email logs if interested. Avoid this company, by whatever name they go, like the plague.

"Very bad experience and i recomend: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I tried to buy a new LCD for my laptop. I've sent emails to ask in advance if they have the LCD type i need and they replied they have it on stock.
After purchasing, they sent me a wrong and cheaper LCD screen which is obviously not compatible with my laptop. I've sent it back to them after they promised to give me a full refund.
After sending it back to them, they claimed it has arrived broken, CHANGED price in the website of the cheap LCD to be the same price as what i've bought, and agrees to refund me only with 90$ out of the 220$ i've payed.
Stay away from these guys, they are professional in taking money and not supplying the product. Do not be misleaded by the cheap price as it does not exists."
