"I ordered a replacement battery for a Samsung laptop. It took a while to arrive (2 weeks), but it fit. However, it had the wrong product id and would not charge. It was either a fake or incompatible.

So I asked for a refund or exchange, and they said I'd have to ship it back. No problem, except returns have to be shipped to China! I tried disputing on PayPal but got nowhere. So I risked another $20 to ship it back. After 6 weeks they said they received it broken and could not give me anything.
