"Oder took forever to ship. No communication - even when I inquired about my order status. After a month of inquiries, I opened a PayPal dispute. Within 24 hours of opening the dispute, I was contacted by the seller informing me that I should remove the dispute because my order had already shipped. In response I asked for tracking information but never got a response.

The item did arrive after weeks of waiting and works fine but the customer service terrible - unable to provide even simple updates. I needed the battery sooner than I received it. I would not have ordered from this company had I known it would take so long."
