"I purchased a battery and charger for my dell. The charger works but the battery will not work with the machine. It looks correct and worked until the charge ran out but the laptop says it will not charge it because it is not an authentic dell battery. I e-mailed the company to try to get it straightened out but was told I need to call them between 9 and 5. I bought the battery online on a Sunday morning. I do not have time to deal with this between 9 and 5. I will have to order one from dell which is what I should have done to begin with but I was cheap about it and I am paying for it now. On the plus side I have a sixty dollar paperweight now. "
