"The only problem I am having is that I charged the battery as per the instructions, and then unplugged the computer, took out the battery, put it back in, and it was fully charged. It does not last very long on a full charge, and I use the computer till it shuts off [dead battery]. This is the correct battery replacement for my laptop, but it just doesn't hold the charge long enough. The instructions said to take out the battery after it was first charged, and charge it again because it would finish the complete charge cycle that way, but it doesn't. I followed the instructions. Is there something I am missing here??"

"Costomer svc would not work with me on the delivery. I paid for over night on a Saturday. If your closed on the weekends and you do not ship until the next business day it should be clearly stated. Bottom line I was going on vacation ordered battery paid $19 for over night it didn't get shipped until Tuesday Monday was a holiday I was expecting it to be delivered Tuesday. It arrived Wednesday I was gone had to have someone get the battery from my house and ups it to me in floriday another 25 charge no Im not happy. "
