In the future or you might take under advisement that when ask a customer to return a call to you it would be more efficient if you supplied an extension # so the customer didn't have to go through the phone tree especially when none of the choices are appropriate. If phone calls are as important to you as you state, you would have enough operators to answer the calls in a speedy manner. Over twenty minute waits are too long and an annoyance to the customer."
"I had tried calling them early morning the day the battery shipped. I wanted to cancel my order. The phone recording kept saying I was the 1st in line. After waiting on the phone for 22 minutes, I hung up. VERY ticked off. I just let the order ship. I'm just going to keep the battery, as I don't know if I would have any issues getting my money back, as I couldn't even get a customer service rep on the phone. Will never use this company again. And actually thinking about putting their name out on social media to let my friends know how dissatisfied I am. Not good customer service."
