"My first experience with Lap Top Battery Depot (wife's laptop battery) was great and order was shipped out fast. Second experience (my laptop battery) same with great, fast shipping. This battery had a problem. Would not charge fully (72%) and with each charging percentage of charge was going down. Called their customer service and they asked me to run it through a few more charging. Didn't help. Called again and the young man took some info. and said to send it back for full refund or replacement. I elected replacement. I received the replacement in a very good time line. Every one wants what they have ordered to receive it ASAP with no problems and with that we are 100% pleased. Here the product was defective, Laptop Batteries acknowledged it being defective, replaced with a new battery without any hassle. So with this type of customer service I will be a repeat customer and give them a 10 star rating. Thank You, Gene S"
