"received a laptop extended life battery and after charged reached 50% it fell to 0% within 30 mins. Talked with customer service and was informed I had to pay to ship their defective,substandard item back. I informed him this was not a problem I created that they sent out a bad battery and he informed his hands were tied and nothing else could he do for me. I am returning this substandard battery and getting a refund and EATING the return shipping charges. I will NOT use this online company ever again and will NOT recommend them to anyone.
