"Ordered 12/08/13 and a week later still no battery. USPS tracking # said it's been delivered. I was told to wait for another two weeks before I can make a claim. So, if you order a battery which is supposed to be delivered in two business days and you do not receive it on time, you have to wait for another 10 business days to make claim after you contact this company that your order is lost. I find the waiting time 10 business days is too long. Your cc is charged and 3 weeks later still no merchandise. This policy is only good for the company, but not fair for the customer. I learn my lesson. shop at your own risk."
