"The battery and external charger battery arrived qiuckly, and we started charging the internal laptop battery in the laptop. Charging the external battery was more of a problem, since it did not come with an adapter/charger to plug into the wall. The AC adapter we bought for the laptop would not pass current through any of the adapters that came with the charger. We eventually found an old AC adapter that made the correct plug contacts within the adapters to work, so I think we're all set now. thanks for the quick service.

Turns out 2 batteries offered for my computer and I bought the larger cell count thinking it would last longer - only 2 hours............with warnings not to continually charge it or it would not last that long."
