Turns out they don't carry a battery for my NEW DELL LAPTOP... shame, because I really did appreciate the polite customer care and the quick response for returns and credits. When I called customer service, they politely showed me how I had already received the discount but further applied a new 5% discount! I chose 2-3 business day shipping, on a Friday night, and the battery was actually delivered first thing Monday morning on the EAST COAST! Then, the icing on the cake: what I ordered was EXACTLY what I received! In this day and age that was a pleasant surprise.
