"I received my laptop battery charger and found that the previously purchased battery thru you would not charge. I called your customer service who said the battery could be exchanged but I would have to pay shipping charges. I asked if this often occurs and he said yes and batteries are massed produced and you often get a bad one. Evidently I got a bad one.
I don't feel that I should pay shipping chargers. You advertise "free shipping on original purchase" but send questionable product.
I'm not sure what I am going to do but will question dealing with your company due to this return policy."
