"I only have great things to say about laptop battery depot! I figured with it being free shipping it would come in just a plain box or envelope! I was wrong, they had it wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in a bubble wrap lined foil envelope and then had those placed in a bubble wrap lined express mail envelope. I had to send them back because it wasn't the battery or charger that was wrong with my computer. I made a mistake and sent back my old battery instead of the new one. they sent it back after I sent back the new one. the returns & refunds were taken care of fairly quickly. I would recommend them to any one who needs a battery or charger for their computer. Their prices are really fair too!!!"
