"The battery arrived with instructions which I followed carefully to fully charge it. I would have preferred to have received the battery already fully charged (charged and depleted and recharged at least 4 to 6 times according to instructions). The battery is working well and it is now lasting a reasonable amount of time before having to recharge. It was definitely worth getting this battery at half the cost of the Dell original."
