Both worked well, but one had broken plastic latch pin that holds battery in PC, so I am in process of exchanging it (exchange process working ok so far). Not sure how new the batteries are (ex. when battery manufacturing date code was). It had a 200141 on the label. I hope this was not year 2001, workweek 41, because that would mean batteries were almost 12 years old already! I have read that Lithium batteries only have 5 to 6 year shelf life even when unused. Guess we will see how good they are for the 2 year guarantee."

"This is a followup to the posting I made below that generated a 3/5 rating. It should be a 5/5 rating. I was wrong to have posted what I did. I never gave the vendor the opportunity to discuss the issue with me. As soon as they discovered I had an issue, they contacted me and we are in the process of getting the problem resolved to my satisfaction. Their customer service is excellent. I have used them before and will again in the future. They did everything they were supposed to. The product shipped very quickly and their service is outstanding.

Service was great. This is the third battery I have used for this laptop over the years. This new one looks identical but will not properly connect when installed. I am not sure if I can return it because it does not work in the computer. The model number was correct and it looks like it should work..but it doesn't. The computer shows that it is installed but not charging (flashing yellow light).
