I want to say the experience I had when I called was very customer service oriented. The gentleman was very helpful in figuring out my needs and asked all the correct questions. When the battery arrived I placed in the lap top and all worked out well. The directions were easy to folow and I could not have had a better experience.
If needed, I will use the same company again, and also will recommened to my friends. I should also mention that the price I paid was very competitive and in fact less for the same product the I saw on other sites. Keep up the good work
