I just purchased a battery through you for my Toshiba laptop. What should I expect for an average charge? I went through the procedure of charging it overnight, unplugged, turned on the computer and the charge lasted less than an hour. I turned off, recharged for another 8 hours and the charge lasted less than an hour. Charged again all day, the charge lasted less than an hour. I pulled out the battery, reinserted and charged for 12 hours. It is rapidly losing the charge again. After less than 15 minutes I am down to 82% and falling fast. If this is normal I should just keep using the old battery because it lasts longer than the new one."
