"called 2ce speaking to 2 different reps . Each gave me the battery # that I needed for my laptop. It was not the correct battery. Then the order was put through 2ce, after each of them assuring me it was not going to be. Then a 3rd call from me to cancel one of the order, return the wrong battery, and order the correct one. Devon is CS was the ONLY person able to correct everything and he did it in a speedy and friendly manner. Finally received the correct battery,but this order was not a great first impression."
