"Purchased 2 batteries. timing of receipt was fine. The one for the Dell is fine, but the battery for the HP took a little bit of work to get installed. We ordered the correct battery, but you have to mess around with the eject button to get the battery to lock into place. It's working and appears to be locked in, but no where near as smooth as the factory battery. In fact, takes about 5 minutes of effort to get it locked in without forcing it."
