I HAVE MY BATTERY, AND GOT MY MONEY BACK WHICH I FORGOT TO MENTION WAS TWICE AS MUCH AS LAPTOP DEPOT AND SAID I WOULD NEVER, EVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM STAPLES. "I have followed the instructions on getting the battery ready for use and have done the charge discharge 8 times. My BIOS is up to date and I have followed the instructions for use(turn off wi-fi, do not play games etc) however I am only getting 1 hour 10 minutes of use on a fully charged unit."
