"We received the battery quickly, within a couple of days of ordering it. But that was the end of the good news. I installed the battery, turned on my computer and it worked fine for about 10 min. It quickly drained and we were right back where we started from with a dead laptop. I plan to return the battery unless we did something wrong. It has been charging ever since and I can't even turn on the laptop again."
