"The only thing I regret is that the website did not indicate that the extended battery really did not work with the standard adapter. I had to return it and order the standard battery which of course cost me the additional shipping charge. However this being said, when I called and talked to the representative, she was very helpful and polite. She took her time to explain the charging of the battery to me and sent my standard battery immediately. The time it took for the batteries to arrive was only 2 or 3 days. Very impressive. If I had called instead of ordering on line I am quite sure that I would have ordered the correct battery the first time."
