Called to customer service and they said they do not offer that battery for that laptop. I could have sworn that the specific laptop series was listed but I may have been wrong. Anyway, I sent the battery back ( on my dime!) and am awaiting credit. Again the fault may have been mine. The correct battery was sent for the Dell laptop and seems to be performing good at this time. "
