"Laptop Battery HQ provided quick delivery. The laptop battery I ordered was already 80% charged upon receipt, however, there were no instructions on its calibration. Not a big deal, but I was a little surprised that there were no instructions nor any packing list. Of note, however, is that the unit I purchased was advertised at 7800mAh and 10.8v for a 9 cell battery. The battery itself indicated it was 7800mAh, but 11.1v. Upon installation into my HP Pavilion Notebook I checked the battery stats with HP Advisor. The advanced stats came back to indicate that the Design Capacity was not 7800mAh, but rather 6600mAh. I am lucky to get approximately 2.5 hours out of this battery with Internet (3 tabs) and Outlook usage. My original 6 cell battery from HP (new) gave me around 4 hours of use time. I contacted Laptop Battery HQ to voice my concerns, but they indicated that 6600, 7200 and 7800 mAh was all the same; as was the 10.8v versus 11.1v. I didn't press the point because they assured me of their 1 year warranty should the battery fail to charge or hold a meaningful charge."
