"We ordered a laptop battery, our money was taken from our account several days later and when the battery should have arrived we get an email saying the battery was out of stock and our order would be sent on to accounting to refund our money - well we haven't been able to get in touch with 'accounting' , we haven't been given a timeline on when our money will be returned, and no one is responding to emails. I will continue to push this issue until our money is refunded!!!!! "
