"1. After placing order received an email that tracking info was on the way. Never received that info.
2. Mailing label was incomplete so post office could not deliver. Laptop Battery HQ placed blame on me however shipping and billing addresses were identical. Credit card would not have been approved without the street address, so I believe it was Laptop Battery HQ's mistake.
3. I agreed to eat the extra shipping charge to have another battery shipped and gave Laptop Battery the charge card info. Got a call from them the next day and was told the card was denied. I said I can't remedy the situation as it's a company card and the same one that was accepted for the original order. I was put on hold and when the agent came back she said the card was good and the Laptop Battery HQ accounting dept. had made an error. At that point I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund."
"I received my battery within 5 days of order. Did not get a shipment confirmation and was getting concerned. Wrote to request information and received an answer the next day which was also the day the battery arrived. Overall good customer service. The battery installed quickly and easily--still waiting to see many hours of use it provides."

The webpage enhancement that I would like to see is the laptop battery description. It should have said that the 9-cell battery has a long bulge (like a tube) at the bottom. The battery is heavy, and the bulge hurts when you put the computer on the lap. If I had known this, I would have bought a 6-cell battery like the OEM. "

"Battery arrived at post office box on Tuesday I picked up battery on Saturday when I returned home from a gathering !!! Upon opening the package the first thing I noticed was it was not the same battery that I have ,my battery sits flat !If I had installed yours it appears to me that my laptop would have been slanted( totally different design on the bottom!!!!) Then while flipping it over to check the rest of the unit and numbers I cut myself on a jagged piece of plastic !!!! NO big deal but the battery was damaged at one end and inside the packing material was a black piece of plastic which appears to have come from the battery !!!!!!!!!! I AM REALLY UPSET WITH THIS TRANSACTION AND WAS GIVING MYSELF SOME TIME TO COOL OFF !!!!! I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE THINGS HAPPEN ONCE IN A WHILE . So I guess my question to you is What are you going to do to make this right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you john colantuone jr

"Help desk provided advice on ordering a battery with extra capacity. I did not order this option because it changes thephysical shape of the computer. Shipping was slower than anticipated but I got what I paid for."
